HERUG 2025 - Cancelled

Dear HERUG members,

We regret to inform you that after careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to cancel HERUG 2025. We understand the time and effort many of you invested in planning to join us, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

To ensure a smooth process, we will issue full refunds to all registered participants. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method you used at registration. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

The HERUG Planning Committee remains fully dedicated to supporting the Global HERUG community. While this year’s event will not take place, we are actively exploring future opportunities to connect and collaborate with you.

We appreciate your understanding and support and hope to see you at future HERUG events.
