Program & Agenda

We invite you to submit proposals for presentations, workshops, storytelling and panel discussions. Whether you have cutting-edge research, innovative applications, or case studies on SAP in higher education, we encourage you to contribute to this vibrant exchange of ideas.

Submissions will be reviewed by our program committee, and selected proposals will be notified by December 16, 2024.

We welcome proposals from SAP users, experts, and software and service providers on the value of SAP-based technology in automating and optimizing administrative operations, driving innovative academic research, and transforming student success.

We especially encourage proposals for the use of transformative technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, and advanced Analytics, as well as creative use of SAP software.

HERUG 2025 is an excellent opportunity to showcase your work, network with peers, and engage with the broader higher education SAP community. We look forward to your valuable contributions to and participation in next year's conference.
